Los Hervideros
Los Hevideros is situated close to Playa Blanca on the South Western shore of Lanzarote.
The volcanic lava cooled immediately it reached the sea and formed fantastic caves,
tunnels and arches.
Los hervideros literally means, boiling waters, It can be fantastic to watch when the seas are rough
when very heavy swells are rolling in.
The spray can make a roaring noise as it shoots into the air several metres high
The sea here can be very strong and it is advised not to venture to close especially with children.
