Playa Quemada
Leaving Puerto del Carmen Playa quemada is the next road after Puerto Calero.
Playa Quemada is a small fishing village on the east coast wich gives a good
impression of how Lanzarote originally was.
There are a few houses and restaurants. If you enjoy fresh fish then this is definitely the place to try and on our last visit it was not over priced.
The beaches are not very inviting but there is a beach of black sand that you can walk to tide permitting or go over the hill, you will
sometimes find naturists using this beach.
